Gameplay[]
The gameplay is vastly different from different installments, as Turrican V is a Third Person Shooter with stealth elements rather than a Platforming Side-scroller.
- Button Layout
- Up and Down(Joystick) - Forward and Backwards respectively.
- Left and Right(Joystick) - Side Directions.
- L and R- Control Camera.
- Square/X - Shoot.
- Triagle/Y - Throw Bomb/Grenade/Mine.
- Circle/B - Crouch.
- Cross/A - Jump.
Modes[]
Campaign Mode[]
The main game.
Time Attack Mode[]
Same as campaign but with no story and under a time limit.
Boss Rush Mode[]
Fight the bosses of the game.

Plot[]
The game takes place after Turrican 4. after defeating MORGUL and The Machine once and for all, Bren McGuire has rebuilt the Turrican model that thought him on Alterra and has deicded to gather more people to form a new group called the "Galactic Police", while some were eager to join, others refused and decided to form the "Galactic Rebels". founded by Rouge Neptune-Man Aglor Yozz, the "Galactic Rebels" are causing terror while believing they are saving the galaxy. in the following months, the Galactic Rebels have conquered 90% of the known galaxy. fearing for their freedom and lives, citizens send notes to the officials of the "Galactic Police" in hope that the Galactic Rebels will be taken down. and indeed, Bren McGuire and his new companions went on a mission to end the terror of the "Galactic Rebels".
